Peter Vanderkaay
Peter is a five-time NCAA champion for the University of Michigan, where he graduated in 2006 with a degree in biology. In 2004, Peter won a gold medal as a member of the 800m freestyle relay Olympic team and repeated it in the 2008 Summer Olympics. In the same Games, he won his first individual medal, a bronze, in the 200m freestyle.

After graduating from Princeton, Senator Bill Frist completed his medical degree at Harvard. During his 20 years in medicine, Frist performed over 150 heart and lung transplants including the first lung transplant, the first pediatric heart transplant, and the first combined heart-lung transplant in the Southeast. In 1995, he became the first practicing physician elected to the Senate since 1928. As Senator of Tennessee, Frist emerged as one of the leading voices on health issues in America. Author of several books such as When Every Moment Counts and his latest, A Heart to Serve: The Passion to Bring Health, Hope, and Healing, Frist remains on the forefront of battles such as HIV/AIDS, bioterrorism, and childhood obesity. Additionally, he serves on several boards including the Clinton Bush Haiti Fund, Hope Through Healing Hands, Save the Children, and Tennessee Score.
